Devin and Wendy Dozier of Martinsburg are excited to announce the birth of their son, Brasen Xander at 9:40 a.m. on Dec. 27, 2014 at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg At birth, Brasen weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces. and was 20 inches long. He joins siblings, Brenden, Bryant and Leia.

Paternal grandparents are Brenda Dozier of Shepherdstown and Bernie Dozier of Martinsburg. Maternal grandparents are Marvin & Linda Harder of Shepherdstown.
