John and Julie Bloomquist of Charles Town, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Courtney Marie to Jeffrey Marc Ramsburg, son of Michael Ramsburg and wife Kimberly of Hedgesville, and Kelley Cardy and husband Nicholas Cardy of Frederick, Maryland.

The bride-to-be is a 2014 graduate of Blue Ridge Community College with a degree in medical assisting and works as a doctor’s assistant in Martinsburg.

The future groom is currently attending Frederick Community College and is employed as a Pharmacy Technician.

An Aug. 27, 2016 wedding is being planned in Charles Town.
