Dr. and Mrs. Bernard Wayne Knott of Great Cacapon, formerly of Shenandoah Junction, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth, to Mr. Nathan Thomas Cross of Frederick, Maryland. Nate is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cross of Ludington, Michigan.

Sarah is a graduate of Jefferson High School, West Virginia University and the Medical University of South Carolina. She is a Physician Assistant – Certified with University Healthcare Physicians in Charles Town. Nate is a graduate of Ludington High School and the University of Michigan. He is a Mechanical Engineer and the Maintenance Manager for LafargeHolcim in Hagerstown, Maryland.

They plan to be married in Shepherdstown in December 2015.
