Mr. and Mrs. Stephen E. Crum of Jefferson, Maryland, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel S Crum, to Jose Luis Moreno, son of Lourdes and Nazario Moreno of Webster, Massachusetts.

The future bride received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Shepherd University. She is employed at Shepherd University as the Community Services and Service Learning Coordinator.

The future groom received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Framingham State University and a Master’s degree in College Student Development and Administration from Shepherd University. He is also employed at Shepherd University as Assistant Dean of Students.

An April 2016 wedding is planned in Frederick, Maryland.
