Carrie Elizabeth Strider and Abner Crow Leps, of Charles Town, welcomed their daughter, Willow Fea Leps at 2:27 a.m. Dec. 14, 2015 at Jefferson Medical Center. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 18 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Jeff Leps, Charles Town and Kimberly Johnson, Birmingham, Alabama. Paternal great-grandmother is Mary Leps, Charles Town. Maternal grandparents are John and Cheryl Strider, Shepherdstown; maternal great-grandparents are Bob and Mildred Heinzler.

Kaila Ann Welsh and Matthew Lucas Lamp, of Harpers Ferry, welcomed their daughter, Madison Ann Lamp, at 4:05 a.m. Dec. 12, 2015 at Jefferson Medical Center. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 18 inches long. The baby was welcomed by siblings Matthew Lucas Lamp, age 12 and Julie Elizabeth Lamp, age 10.

Paternal grandparents are Larry Leroy Lamp and Lana (Susan) Darlene Lamp, of Shepherdstown; paternal great-grandmother is Mary Eugenia Lamp.
