Maria Cavaliere and Jack Chadwick announce the birth of their daughter, Sylvia Luna Chadwick, on Oct. 29, 2017, at Jefferson Medical Center.

She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Robert and Susan Cavaliere, of Fairfax, Virginia.

Paternal grandparents are Henry and Colette Chadwick, of Fort Washington, Maryland.

Waiting at home are William, 10; Brayden, 6; Romina, 2; and Nicola, 1.
