Karmen Grimes and Desmond Davis, of Martinsburg, welcomed Iylah Aja’nae Marie Davis into the world on Sept. 21, 2020 at 1:41 a.m. At birth, Iylah measured 21 inches tall and weighed nine pounds and 15 ounces. Her maternal grandparents are J.J. Grimes and Del Grimes, of Charles Town. Her maternal great-grandparents are Patsy and Donald Noland, of Charles Town.
