Birth announcement
Megan Dillow and Gary Smith, Jr., of Martinsburg, welcomed Noah Allen Smith into the world on Sept. 2, 2023 at 10:18 p.m. At birth, Noah weighed seven pounds and 2.3 ounces. His paternal grandfather is Gary Smith, Sr., of Mathias, W.Va. His maternal grandmother is Angela Dillow, of Kearneysville, W.Va.
