Tabitha Domino and John Hockenberry, of Kearneysville, welcomed Zander Woods Hockenberry into the world at Berkeley Medical Center on Sept. 22, 2023 at 12:22 a.m. At birth, Zander measured 21.5 inches tall and weighed seven pounds and five ounces. His paternal grandparents are John and Kathy Hockenberry, of Kearneysville. His paternal great-grandmother is Anna Hardy, of Kearneysville. His maternal grandparents are Matt and Tracy Howell, of Shepherdstown; Sean Domino and Dee, of Highview; and Angel Domino, of Martinsburg. His maternal great-grandparents are Joe and Debbie Miller, of Shepherdstown. He came home to his new siblings: L.J., Calliope and April.

Destiny Marie and Robert Raymond Starliper, of Martinsburg, welcomed Adrian Raymond Starliper into the world at Berkeley Medical Center on Oct. 24, 2023 at 6:01 p.m. At birth, Adrian measured 20 inches tall and weighed five pounds and 10 ounces. His paternal grandparents are Shannon Starliper, Jr. Moore and Robert Moore, Jr. His paternal great-grandparents are Roscoe and Judy Starliper. His maternal grandparents are Roger Hutzler and Jennifer Yeager-Hutzler. His maternal great-grandparents are Paul and Joyce Hutzler and Bill and Sharon Bryant.
