Samantha and Wesley Bateman, of Martinsburg, welcomed Alana Saint Bateman into the world on June 17, 2024 at 6:48 a.m. At birth, Alana measured 18.5 inches tall and weighed five pounds and 11 ounces. Her paternal grandparents are Sarah Walker, of Inwood, and Troy Bateman, of Harpers Ferry. Her paternal great-grandparents are Sandra and Kenneth Bateman, of Harpers Ferry. Her maternal grandparents are Dusty and Kim Hogbin, of Martinsburg. Her maternal great-grandfather is Lowell Hogbin, of Martinsburg.
