Town Hall Closings for Christmas, the New Year The Shepherds-town Town Hall and Police Department business office will be closing at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 24, and Dec. 31, and will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1. Trash and recycling collection will be on schedule. The Shepherdstown Mayor, Recorder, Council and Staff wish you a happy holiday season.
