SHEPHERDSTOWN – The Shepherd University Department of Contemporary Art and Theater will present the annual Faculty Art Exhibition on Monday through Oct.1 in the Frank Center Gallery.

An opening reception to meet the artists will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. The reception is free and open to the public.

The faculty exhibition highlights the diversity of interests, and the work provides examples of the expectations set for students. The Department of Contemporary Art and Theater focuses on contemporary fine arts. The faculty is composed of professional artists who teach and practice in their respective media fields, including photography, graphic design, painting, sculpture, printmaking and art education.
