The Shenandoah Scholarship Organization will sponsor its first “American Girl Doll Tea Party” from 1 to 3:30 p.m. May 1. Event will feature treats, sweets, tea and door prizes. Cost is $25, which includes two people. Every girl will receive a special gift. Special appearance will be made by Miss Jefferson County Outstanding Teen 2011, Morgan Breeden.
