Robert J. Mahoney, of Danville, Calif., and Joyce K. Mahoney, of Boston, Mass., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Claire, to Jonathan A. Pellish, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Pellish, of Shepherdstown. The couple lives in Washington, D.C., where Jonathan is an engineer at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and Claire is an analyst at the White House Office of Management and Budget. The future bride has a Masters in Public Administration from The George Washington University. Jonathan is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he received a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering.
