Trick or Treat will be Saturday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m. As usual, German Street from Church to Princess streets will be closed from about 5:45 to 8:15 p.m. for the safety of the trick or treaters. Parking on German Street will be available prior to the event but once the street is closed, any parked vehicles will have to remain there until the street re-opens. Town officials appreciate everyone’s cooperation in this and hope that all have a safe and enjoyable Trick or Treat. Parking will be available in Lot A at Shepherd University located at the corner of High and Princess streets.
