Juanita Dillow

Juanita Dillow, 70, of Berryville, Va., formerly of Ranson, passed away Oct. 13, 2013, at Winchester Medical Center.

Born March 28, 1943, in Ranson, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lucy Smoot Dillow.

She was of the Christian faith. Juanita was always ready to do for others, ahead of herself.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dale Dillow Sr., at home; one daughter, Sheila Meliss Dillow and partner, Judy York, of Shepherdstown; three sons, Dale Dillow Jr., of Martinsburg, Brian Keith Dillow and wife, Denise, of Harpers Ferry and Timothy Wayne Dillow, of Kearneysville; two sisters, Linda Rockenbaugh and Annie Hetzel, of Inwood; one brother, Roger Dillow, of Charles Town; daughter-in-law, Tina Dillow of Martinsburg; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry Wayne Dillow, Benjamin Dillow and Clarence Dillow; one sister, Maggie Tarman; and one daughter-in-law, Amy Dillow.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. today, at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, with Pastor Devin Ward officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg.
