Charles Wayne “Chuck” Huff
Charles Wayne “Chuck” Huff, 60, of Inwood, passed away Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013.
Born Dec. 6, 1952, in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Paul and Lousie Arvin Huff.
He was employed with Gantt’s Excavating.
He was an avid hunter, Redskins and NASCAR fan; and a member of the VFW. He liked to chill and relax in his Man Cave.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Vandevender Huff; one son, Kevin Huff and wife, Andrea; 10 grandchildren, Chad, Kaitlyn, and Kaira Huff, of Martinsburg, Joshua Huff, of Houston, Texas, Sean Huff, of New Windsor, N.Y., Zachari Huff, of Martinsburg, Christina Chambers, Michael Watson, Kelsey Watson, and Courtney Cook; eight great-grandchildren, Prestin Huff, Adalyne Huff, Jasmynn Craft, Raynah Jackson, Ryder Jackson, Lya Huff, Ava Butcher, and Jordan Chambers; two brothers, Paul “Skip” Huff, Jr., of Texas and Craig Huff, of Shepherdstown; and one sister, Traci Jones, of Morgantown.
He was preceded in death by a son, Michael “Mike” Huff; and his dog, Spanky.
Celebration of life service was held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Pastor Matt Francis officiating. Private interment was in Maranatha Memorial Gardens.
