Michael John Fagley

Michael John Fagley passed peacefully on May 8, 2014, at Berkeley Medical Center, Martinsburg.

Born June 15, 1943, in Altoona, Pa., he was the son of Howard R. and Ruth E. Sloey Fagley.

He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Howard C. Fagley.

Surviving are his children, Michael Scott Fagley and Linda Nichole Fagley; caring nephew, Christopher L. Fagley; and nieces, Amy L. Fagley and Jane E. Austin. He is also survived by many loyal and supportive friends and former classmates including Max Oates and Robert Parry.

Mike attended local schools graduating from Martinsburg Senior High School in 1961 and Shepherd University in 1966. He held positions in sales and marketing with various organizations during his career. He retired in 2004 and returned to his hometown of Martinsburg.

The family thanks the entire staff at Berkeley Medical Center for their overwhelming support, along with Berkeley Senior Services, Heartland Nursing Care and all the good people at the Senior Towers where Mike cultivated and enjoyed many friendships.
