William E. Rose

William E. Rose, 67, of Shepherdstown, West Virginia, died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2014 at Canterbury Center, Shepherdstown.

Born June 23, 1947 in Jefferson County, he was the son of Robert L. Rose, Sr. and Goolder (Frith) Rose.

Mr. Rose for many years had Jack’s Little Green Card Tip Sheet at the Charles Town Race Track.

He was of the Methodist Faith and was a graduate of Shepherdstown High School, class of 1965.

He is survived by his cousin, Sandra Hartlove, Martinsburg..

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert L. Rose, Jr.

Services and interment will be private.
