Ann Marie Dove
Ann Marie Dove, 66, of Charles Town, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
Born Nov. 26, 1948, in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late John Lynaugh and Mary O’Friel Lynaugh.
Ann Marie was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Charles Town.
Ann Marie was a devout Roman Catholic her entire life, and was a former Eucharistic minister. She loved time and activities with her granddaughters. She was also an avid work-out enthusiast at the Shepherd University Wellness Center.
She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Bruce M. Dove, at home; one son, Christopher Dove and wife, Shann, of Charles Town; one sister, Regina Bratichak and husband, John, of Brooklyn, New York; one brother, John Lynaugh and wife, Jamie, of Schenectady, New York; two grandchildren, Emma Dove and Gabrielle Dove; and numerous extended family.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Lynaugh.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at St. James Catholic Church, Charles Town, with the Rev. Father John Ledford as the celebrant, assisted by Deacon David Galvin. Inurnment was in St. Leo Columbarium.
