Kevin L. Enns

Kevin L. Enns passed into eternity late Sunday evening in his home.

He was the son of Darwin L. and the late Romona “Jean Enns.

Kevin was a devoted husband and father and is survived by his wife, Tammy, of nearly 28 years; his four daughters, Carlie, Kelsie Kristen and Carmen; brothers, Gary and Dennis; a sister, Barbara Aud; plus many beloved nieces and nephews.

Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Shepherd College; his master’s Degree from the University of Maryland, and was in the process of obtaining his General Education Diploma (GED).

Kevin was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Kevin had a passion for serving the Lord and he spent much of his life ministering to others. His ministry began in his teenage years by assisting in the youth organization, where he provided leadership in many areas including planning and hosting activities, visiting and sharing the Lord’s love with all he met, and directing music. As he grew in the Lord, he continued to share his gifts and talents with the congregation at large. Kevin was an active founding member and Elder of Connections Community Church of Inwood.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. today, May 22, at the Connections Community Church. The family will receive friends at this time.

Arrangements are being handled by Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
