Rudolph Alexander Brown

Rudolph Alexander Brown, 80, of Shepherdstown, went home to be with the Lord our Savior on Monday, Jan. 30, 2017.

Rudolph was born June 14, 1936, son of the late James Walter Brown and Hilda Mae Clark Brown.

He was of the United Methodist faith and was retired from the WV Department of Highways in Leetown.

He leaves to mourn his loss a son, John D. Brown and wife, Lynette of Shepherdstown; two grandchildren, Tayelor and Jayedon Brown; a nephew, Walter Brown; and a multitude of many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Elizabeth Brown; two sisters, Gladys Mae Brown and Joann Clark, two brothers, Charles “Cab” Brown and Ronald W. Kidrick and niece Paula Ann Brown.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 3, at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Shepherdstown, with Rev. Rudolph Bropleh officiating.
