Patricia B. Brown

Patricia (Pat) Barrett Brown, 80, of Shepherdstown, passed away, Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Born July, 31, 1937 in Syracuse, NY she was the daughter of the late Lawrence J. and Estanna M.(Boyce) Barrett. She was co-owner of Rest Haven Cemetery and Funeral Home in Hagerstown, MD and also co-founder of Baby Basics of Greater Hagerstown.

Pat retired from the Frederick County health dept. as a public health nurse. She was a long time member of First Christian Church in Hagerstown, attended the Shepherdstown Presbyterian Church, member of the Mecklenburg Garden Club and belonged to local book clubs. Pat is survived by her husband Charles S. Brown one son Eric Brown and wife Ana of Shepherdstown, four brothers, two sisters, three grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 18th at 2:30PM at Shepherdstown Presbyterian 100 W. Washington St., Shepherdstown with Rev. William V.P. Sitterley officiating. Burial will be private in Rest Haven Cemetery.
