Virginia M. Slusher

Virginia “Jenny” Mae Dignazio Slusher, 74, of Charles Town passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2020. Born May 29, 1946, in Millville, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Dignazio and Helen Rickard Harder. Jenny was a member of the Leetown Southern Baptist Church, worked as a care giver. She loved reading and yard sales.

She is survived by sons, William David Wilt and wife, Alice of Kearneysville, Christopher Lee Wilt and wife, Dana of Ranson, daughter, Melissa “Missy” Walls and husband, Tim of Kearneysville, brothers, David Dignazio and wife, Joyce of Slanesville, Virginia, Jerry Harder and companion, Lillian and Ronnie Harder, all of Ranson and Jeff Harder, of Shepherdstown, sisters, Sharon Kidwiler and husband, Wilbert of Bakerton and Kim Mattei and husband, Roger of Millville, grandchildren, Bubba, Beth Ann, Christen Lynn, Savannah and Diamond and great grandchildren, Lily and Evelyn.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020, at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Wall’s Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Chapel. Visitors are ask to wear mask, practice social distancing and follow directives.
