Earle W. Davis

Earle William Davis, 86, of Martinsburg, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Hospice of the Panhandle.

Born Dec. 23, 1936, in Weston, WV., he was the son of the late Earl Davis and Marie Davis.

Earle was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Shepherdstown. He served in the Air Force. After graduating from WVU with a degree in Electrical Engineering he was employed by BAE Systems/ Vitro Corporation for 30 years.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Madeline Delores (French) Davis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Luchanne Thompson.

Family received friends Friday, July 21, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, WV.

A private interment will be officiated by Father Matthew Rough.
