Sandra L. Hartlove

Sandra Lee Hartlove, 80, of Charles Town, WV passed away Monday, Aug. 7, 2023 at her residence under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. She was born Dec. 7, 1942 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Burrell L. Frith and Goldie M. (Wingfield) Frith.
She was a meat wrapper with Barnhart’s Grocery Store and was employed with Westinghouse Corp., in Baltimore, Maryland.
She was a member of the Word of Faith Tabernacle where she was Secretary. She graduated from Shepherdstown High School. class of 1960. She was a loving mother and pilar to her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. She has an unselfish disposition and she was a faithful believer in Jesus and the Pentecostal Faith.
She is survived by her sons, Brent Hartlove (Tina), of Shenandoah Junction, WV, Curtis Hartlove, of Summit Point, WV, daughters, Debra Seal (John), of Martinsburg, WV, Lori Vecchio, of Charles Town, WV, Dee Dee Hartlove, of Tennessee ; thirteen grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Barbara Penwell, of Martinsburg, WV, Janet Weller (Jr), of Rio, WV; brother, Michael Frith, of Martinsburg, WV; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Dennis Raymond Hartlove who passed away June 9, 1972 and The Reverend Allen Frederick Hartlove who passed away Feb. 2,2021 ; sons, David Wayne Hartlove Douglas Craig Hartlove; sister, Linda Sowder; brothers, Edward A. Frith and Ronald Frith, Sr.
Services were held at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, 2023 at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Ranson, WV with Brother Michael Weller officiating.
