Deborah K. Hartman

Deborah K. Hartman, 67, of Inwood, WV went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 31, 2024 in her home surrounded by her loving family under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle.

Born Nov. 9, 1956 in Ranson, WV, she was the daughter of Mary Shipe and Garfield Shipe.

Deborah was a Licensed Practical Nurse for several years and in 1992 graduated Shepherd College with Associate Degree in Nursing and then became a Registered Nurse. She worked for many years at Jefferson County Hospital Emergency Room. Deborah found great fulfillment in helping others and touching lives.

She was a member of the Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, Martinsburg, WV.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Robert Hartman; son, Kristopher Robinson and wife Jessica; step daughter, Heather Hartman and family; grandchildren, Kristian and Kaylee Robinson and sister, Victoria Kaiser and husband Bruce and daughter, Emily.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Anita Dawn Espinosa, brother, David Maurice Espinosa and step father, Maurice Espinosa.

A Memorial/Celebration of Life will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Full Gospel Pentecostal Church, 36 Lang Drive, Martinsburg, WV 25404 with Pastor Chuck Donivan officiating.

Interment will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Animal Humane Society of choice.
