Gary Lynn Keys, Jr.

Gary Lynn Keys, Jr., 45, of Ranson, WV passed surrounded by family on August 27, 2024 at Jefferson Medical Center.

He was a welder and worked on Cars.

He graduated Jefferson High School, class of 2000 and received a Environmental Science Degree from Shepherd College.

Gary loved car shows, the Frederick Keys; fishing, and collecting sports cards, but family and friends were his priorities.

He always had a hearty chuckle and warm smile to share, even when facing his own challenges.

He will live on with every family gathering, fishing trip, in all our thoughts, and every cloud that blows by is for Gary.

He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Rev. Phillip “Johnny” Hough; Paternal Grandmother, Millie Ault and beloved dog, Chubs.

He is survived by his Mother and Father, Virginia “Ginger” and Gary Keys, Girlfriend, Bethany Baddorf; Maternal Grandmother, Judy Hough, Great Uncle, Russell “Jug” Layman, Uncle, Vincent Hough (Robin), Aunts, Teresa Cates (Brian), Mary Whitehurst (John), Pam Burrows (Ben), Patricia Kidwieller, First Cousins, Vincent “Jay” Hough (Emily), Erik Hough (Jessica), Nina Hough, Phillip Cates (Kelly), Michael Cates (Viviana) Honorary Brothers, Joe Orndorff, Willie Athey, Jason Breeden and Justin Breeden.
