Mary Elizabeth Conway

Mary Elizabeth Conway, 67, of Shenandoah Junction, WV passed away surrounded by her loving husband and four children on Sunday, September 15, 2024 after battling lupus for over a year.
She was born April 13, 1957 in Brookville, PA , she was the daughter of Harry Joseph Moore and Evelyn Marie Miller Yoas.
She was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother and nanny. Her children and grandchildren were everything to her, and she was everything to them. She dedicated her life to raising her four children. She made every birthday special and every Christmas magical. She cooked every meal from scratch and never missed one of her children’s events, spending countless nights running them from soccer to baseball to ballet, and everything in between, never complaining about anything. She would go on to do the same for her grandchildren. She put the needs of others before her own, always. She never got mad, never judged anyone and always did the right thing. She has left a void that can never be filled, but her legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Mike Conway, at home; step-father, Ed Yoas, of Sigel, PA; children, Brandon Conway and wife, Christina, of Shepherdstown, WV, Kari Williams and husband, Benjamin, of Charles Town, WV, Josh Conway, of Shenandoah Junction, WV, Shannon Duncan and husband, Bobby Duncan, of Kearneysville, WV; grandchildren, Ethan Williams, Connor Williams, Jaxon Williams, Asher Williams, Fielding Conway, Larkyn Conway, Lakely Conway, Isabella Duncan and Crew Duncan; beloved dog, “KK”; sisters, Linda Davis and husband, Tom, of PA, Jody Mancuso and husband, Mike, of PA; brothers, Luther Yoas and wife, Cheryl, of PA and William “Bill” Yoas and wife, Jeanette, of PA.
