Theresa Helen Barb

Theresa Helen Barb, 80, of Shepherdstown, WV passed away February 5, 2025 at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville, WV.

Born September 13, 1944 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lee Kline, Sr. and Gladys Verbonetts Kline.

She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Shepherdstown, WV.

Theresa worked for Jefferson County Schools as a bus driver and later custodian. She also played in the handbell choir for New Street UMC and Shenandoah Junction UMC.

She is survived by her daughter, Julie Eldridge and husband, Bruce of Shepherdstown, WV, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter, one sister, Judy Jenkins and three brothers, Dave Kline, Lee Kline, Jr. and Kevin Kline; and sister-in-law, Ruth Barb.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Barb in 2013, one son, Donald Lee Barb, II and one brother, Robert Kline.

A visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Ln, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
