Milton Thompson Skinner

Milton Thompson Skinner, 82, of Charles Town, WV passed away March 25, 2025 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville, WV.

Born December 2, 1942 in Martinsburg, WV, he was the son of the late John T. Skinner and Golda Harbaugh Skinner.

He was a graduate of Shepherdstown High School, Class of 1960 and a graduate of Shepherd College.

Milton was an owner of an H&R Block franchise and owned 7 offices in Northern Virginia for 57 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Imogene T. Skinner, at home, daughter, Ashley Ann Skinner of Myrtle Beach, SC, son, Aaron Skinner and spouse, Melanie of Ashburn, VA, one brother, John Skinner and spouse Martha of Martinsburg, WV, grandchildren, Melody Rader, Kayla Watkins, Decker Lee Skinner and Field Harris Skinner, niece, Jennifer Skinner and Aunt Ozalene Russell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Michael Skinner.

As per his request, there will not be a viewing or funeral. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
