Margaret Elizabeth Caracciolo

Margaret Elizabeth Caracciolo, 88, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 4, 1937, in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Charles D. and Blanche Fraley.

Margaret worked for many years as a skilled bookbinder and was a devoted member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Germantown, where she served her community with kindness and grace.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, June Littleton and Charles Fraley; her sister, Irene Mitchell; and her husband, Addison Caracciolo.

Margaret is survived by her son, Troy Terry; granddaughters, Kyla Terry and Tori Palmer; brothers, Walter Fraley and Johnny Fraley; sister, Mary Harding; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Margaret will be remembered for her warmth, compassion, and the love she shared.

Services will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
