New group ‘Twinsanity’ helps parents of multiples

By Staff | Dec 9, 2008

On January 24, 2008, my husband and I welcomed into the world identical twin boys. Life with twins has truly been a blessing, and it has also brought a host of new experiences- both exciting and challenging! Until recently, there hasn’t been an organized group of mothers of twins to meet and share those experiences.

“Twinsanity” was formed in August. The group is small and is looking to grow. The purpose of twinsanity is for parents of twins babies and toddlers to meet and share the unique experience of raising twins. It is a great opportunity for mothers of twins to get out of the house while letting the kids play and learn from each other. Fun activities such as “picnics at the Park” and “Mom’s Night Out” have already been scheduled. Trade or sell baby clothes, toys, and other gear. Expecting twins?? Join in and get advice from those who have “been there and done that.”

For more information on the group or to join, check out our website: http://twinsmeetup.com41.
