Martinsburg
We were touring St. Augustine, Fla. on Jan. 13, 2012. The streets were bustling with visitors while students of Flagler College were scurrying along from class-to-class. Delivery trucks, bicycles, automobiles and “Tourist Trains” mingled together on the main street of the oldest city in the United States. There was not a parking spot in sight. We made a right turn off the main drag and on the next block was a large Visitors Parking Garage. Is that any way to treat the historic area in a city chartered in 1565? You betcha!
