Hats off to Shepherd University, Alpha Associates and CW Hetzer Construction Company for a beautiful addition to our community. The new underpass with its curving rock walls and well lighted paths is both lovely and functional and seemed to get done with minimum disruption. This project is the most significant change since the new bridge over the Potomac and together they provide a pleasing entrance to our town. Thank you.
