I support Stephen Skinner for the House of Delegates. As a small business owner in West Virginia for 29 years, I know the value of leaders who are able to listen to and respond to real business problems. Stephen is one of those people. Not only has he listened, but he has also led by spearheading legislation to help businesses in the Eastern Panhandle and throughout the state. As the author of the Small Business Emergency Act, Stephen demonstrated that he knows that the real engine of our economy are the thousands of small businesses that make up our economy.

I also know that Stephen is devoted to our community. He’s always fighting for Shepherd University, Shepherdstown and Jefferson County and dozens of our non-profits. He deserves our support. I am a registered Republican who always tries to vote for the best candidate and not the Party.
