As reported in The Shepherdstown Chronicle’s May 1 edition, The Elmwood Cemetery Association was named as one of the beneficiaries of the estate of Mr. Henry K. Willard.

The members of the Elmwood Cemetery Board of Directors wish to express their gratitude and appreciation for the generous gift to the cemetery and for the love and support Mr. Willard and his family have shown the community. The funds received will greatly assist with future maintenance and care of the 151-year-old cemetery’s buildings and grounds.
