She was named twice as Shepherd’s Female Athlete of the Year. Shepherd won the WVIAC title in 2007, her senior season. She graduated with four career statistical records as well as three single-season statistical category records.

Football’s Clay Grove played from 1990-1993 and the Rams won two WVIAC championships during his playing career.

He was a first-team All WVIAC selection in 1993 and a second-team All WVIAC selection in two years. He had 383 career tackles, including 179 solo tackles.
