Shepherdstown Middle School will hold its opening season meeting on Aug. 9, at 6 p.m.. , in the school cafeteria. Parents and players will meet with Principal Bill Kerlina, Coaches Kevin Holmes, Tyler Snyder and Doug Walters.

The first practice will be held Aug. 12, from 8 to 11 a.m. Players should bring plenty of water and comfortable running shorts.

Students must have a completed physical form dated June 1 or after.
