Jefferson High School’s JV volleyball team competed Saturday in the Volley in the Ville tournament hosted by Hedgesville High School. The Cougars, throughout the day, took on Morgantown, Spring Mills, Washington, Hampshire and Hedgesville. While in tournament play, the girls lost to Hedgesville and to Morgantown, they came back to defeat Morgantown in the semi-final game and take home the trophy by defeating Hedgesville in the championship. The team is shown prior early during the day’s play.
