The Charles Town Ranson Little League Senior League team has secured a spot in the Southeastern Regional Tournament with the Senior League team win 12-2 over South Berkeley this past Sunday. This was the team’s third state title in a row. The next stop is Safety Harbor, Florida for the Southeastern Regional Tournament, Aug 1-7, 2014.

The players and parents are currently soliciting donation of any amount in an effort to help defray the cost of travel, food and lodging for these dedicated players. Expenses for the trip could be quite high as the team may be there for an extended period of time.

These 15 boys and three coaches worked extremely hard for the last several weeks to prepare for the State Tournament that just concluded. That hard work and dedication has paid off and now these young men have a great opportunity to represent CTR and the whole state at the regional level.
