SHEPHERDSTOWN — Jefferson High School’s Chris Pfalzgraff competes in the 50M freestyle in last Saturday’s swim meet at Shepherd. Next, the Jefferson High School girls proved to be one of the region’s best swim teams, as they competed against the swim teams from Strasburg High School, Musselman High School and Central Woodstock High School in the Wellness Center pool on Saturday afternoon.
