Bradshaw gets victory
David Bradshaw concluded his final round 67 with a two-putt birdie on the 72nd hole that gave him the championship in last week’s Great Waterway Classic in Loyalist, Canada.
The five-under par round lifted Bradshaw, the 31-year-old native of Bakerton and a graduate of Jefferson High and Shepherd University, to his first title on the PGA Tour of Canada circuit. It was Bradshaw’s fourth tournament in his first year on the Canadian tour.
Bradshaw’s tournament total of 21-under par was one stroke better than Argentina’s Tommy Cocha and Florida’s Adam Long.
A seven-time winner of the West Virginia Open title, Bradshaw now lives in southern California.
